Guest Services

Mapleview is committed to providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Our friendly and knowledgeable Guest Services staff are available for your assistance. The Guest Services kiosk is located on the lower level near Earls Kitchen + Bar and Turtle Jack’s Muskoka Grill. Open during regular mall hours.

Family Services 

  • Expectant Mother & Infant Parking Spaces at all Entrances
  • Food Court High Chairs
  • 2 Family Washrooms (upper and lower level)
  • Nursing Room located in the ladies washroom on the upper level

EV Charging station

Mapleview is pleased to provide its patrons with three electric vehicle (EV) charging stations in partnership with FLO. The three charging stations are located on the upper level on the east side of the building by the Mapleview Dental Office.

Tesla Charging Station

Tesla superchargers are located on the west side of the building near the Shopper’s Drug Mart entrance.
