Mapleview is located at the intersection of Fairview Street and Maple Avenue in Burlington, Ontario. We’re approximately 50 km west of Toronto, conveniently located near three major highways, Highway 403, Highway 407 and the QEW.

QEW from Niagara Falls

Exit at Plains Rd./Fairview St. and turn right (east). Take the entrance from Fairview St into the North Parking Lot.

QEW from Toronto

Exit at Brant St. and turn left (south). Turn right (west) on Fairview St. and take the overpass into the West Parking Lot.

QEW from Hamilton

Exit at Fairview St and turn left (east) on Fairview St. Take the entrance into the North Parking Lot.

Electric Vehicle

EV Charging station

Mapleview is pleased to provide its patrons with three electric vehicle (EV) charging stations in partnership with FLO. The three charging stations are located on the upper level on the east side of the building by the Mapleview Dental Office.

Tesla Charging Station

Tesla superchargers are located on the west side of the building near the Shopper’s Drug Mart entrance.
